04GT Posted October 23, 2009 Share Posted October 23, 2009 damn, looking good. what was your diet plan, chain smoking and cocaine? lol, just cutting out things that make me happy... like pop, ice cream, candy, chips, fast food, etc, etc, etc... I just stuck with food that was good for me... not necessarily "diet" food, but food I know that would be looked at as "not junk food", like hot dogs, chicken, seafood.. the kind of stuff you have to spend 30 minutes on the stove for before you eat it lol I would just eat that stuff and go to the gym every other day during work days... then on sunday I would pig out on the junk food I crave so I don't burn myself out I still am running the lifestyle... but I'm a lot more lenient with the eating as I work out at the gym A LOT more so it just fixes itself Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
