UPDATED AS OF 5-21-08, I am forgetting ALOT of crap here just posting up whats off the top of my head, by the way this isn't a "future" build thread, this is a fully current what's already been built thread.

 

I have worked at Tpr for nearly 2 years now, everything you see below has been built and assembled by yours truly, and with the assist of Rob Morse (my boss) on block/trans assembly and welding fab. She will produce around 600whp on Q16 setup, thanks for looking!

 

Motor:

-JDM H22a motor

-ERL/Darton race sleeves bored to 88mm

-Borg Warner S258 turbo

-RC 1000cc injectors

-Walboro 255 in tank

-Love Fab Mini me EQ manifold

-Custom tpr 4'' v band downpipe w/ 4'' titanium exhaust (pending)

-Garrett intercooler core w/custom tpr endtanks and backdoor entry

-Tial 44mm (black) wastegate

-Tial 50mm (black) BOV

-CP 88mm 8:5.1 pistons

-Manley rods

-Line honed, fully balanced and blueprinted

-ERL balance shaft eliminator

-ACL Race Main Bearings, ACL Race Series Rod Bearings, ACL Thrust Washers.

-Moroso oil pan w/pickup

-New oem water pump, oil pump, rear main seal

-Skunk2 intake manifold w/hondata heatshield gasket

-ARP headstuds

-Cometic headgasket

-Professional products 68mm tb

-BDL Fuel rail w/aeromotive fuel pressure regulator, every fuel line braded w/ mr.gasket and aeromotive fittings

-Vibrant Vacuum manifold

-(2) Endyn breathers w/braded lines

 

Head:

-Stock head (for now) ported and cleaned by bischoff

-Supertech flat face valves, valve springs

-Crower chromoly retainers

-Skunk2 Pro1 cams

-BDL cam gears

-BDL cam seal

 

Trans:

-Fresh rebuilt oem M2S4

-Quaife LSD

-Competition twin disc clutch

-DSS level 2.9 axels

 

ECU:

-Hondata S300 running off P28

-Hondata 4 bar map sensor

-Hondata Boost Controller solenoid

-OBD2-OBD1 conversion harness

-Tuned by Dave Blundell

 

Chassis:

-Tein Flex Coilovers

-EM racing C-Pillar bar

-Autopower 4 point race roll bar

-Bride Ergo OG's w/Bride low position seat rails

-A lot of weight reduction, corner weighted at 2,735 w/driver

-Vis CF hood and deck lid

-16x7 5Zigen FN01R-C powdercoated champ white

-Ingals engine torque Damper

DAMN YOU!! I dont look like him anymore I cut my hair haha, anyways I will be running about 12 PSI daily, 20-25 for the track im shooting for 500HP but I dont know with the 3037 I may have to go bigger, anyways im having Rob at Total Performance Racing tune it.

Thanks John, do you guys think I will need to upgrade to a stage 3 clutch instead of my stage 2 ? I think I will have to.

 

If you aren't breaking 500 then I doubt it.

Yeah, it won't add too much to the expense and it'll give you a bit of insurance. Plus you'll already have the parts out so no time like during the project.

 

Ironically, I had a ACT stage 3 6-puck clutch that would prolly have fit in your car that I figured no one would want so I sent it to the junkyard still in the car. This was a while ago. Oh well...

crap, my ACT clutch has lasted me through the following.

 

b16 swap

b18c5 swap

b18c1 swap

turbo'ing of the b18c1 swap and about 4 months on it

and reverting back to my n/a setup.

 

pretty f*cking good if i do say so myself.

ACT was apparently started by the same dude who runs Action clutches. Cranny had heard good things/used them before and liked them or something I seem to recall. Anyway, why not for a cheap, practically new clutch (it had about a thousand miles on it). But it is lost now....
