hmm. half of my comment got deleted. anyway, as I was saying- I'd see which one she bonds with the most. IMO, the bond is the most important part of caring for a pet- if there's that "special" bond, you're more inclined to take better care of it than of a pet you're only halfheartedly interested in.

really, without knowing her personally I can't tell you which would be the better choice for her. they're both really good cats, but as i said before, they are high-maintenance just as any other purebred animal would be. my best suggestion would be to research each breed, take her to see each one & see which one you think she's better suited for & which one she bonds with the m

there's several exotic cat breeds- savannah, safari, egyptian maus, bengal, habari, ashera...the list goes on! personally, i'd say that if its her first cat, she'd be better off getting a mix-breed domestic from the shelter before she tries to care for a purebred, exotic cat. They need a lot of care & they're very high maintenance. Also, how old is she?

sorta. i grew up in wake forest, but Cary's on the south side of Raleigh. It's about an hour, to an hour and half from WF depending on traffic.
