You all could meet near Rye Brook, NY and take Rt. 15 (Merrit Parkway) for a while. That road is pretty nice. We're just gonna go to Wachusett. If you guys are feeling more adventurous, we could try going somewhere in VT, but I know you guys have jobs to get back to. Google Maps EDIT: I can't find the link to share.
