Xeryon Posted June 6, 2010 Author Share Posted June 6, 2010 it's not 12% of the internet, it's 12% of individual websites. the relative percentage of downloaded content and search engine activity should tell you that there are less adult sites but the ones that are out there get higher then average traffic. one major hurdle to having more sites is that many web hosts prohibit adult content from being hosted on their servers.
