EGRacer Posted August 27, 2002 Posted August 27, 2002 hey it looks tight man. wish i could see it in person
Juiced_RL Posted February 9, 2003 Posted February 9, 2003 Looks good I personally don't like carbon fiber hoods but that is me. This person is doing a great job I like to see Acura owners with some balls that will cut up the car alittle to make it look different.
VR17 Posted February 9, 2003 Posted February 9, 2003 thats the first cl ive seen with carbonfiber hood... i personaly like cf hoods on silver cars...
TLontheDL Posted February 10, 2003 Author Posted February 10, 2003 man, you're the one doing the air suspension! you got balls man......might i add and a lot of money?! by the way, do you have air cylinders or air bags? or are they hydros??
..SSR.. Posted February 10, 2003 Posted February 10, 2003 It looks pretty good. Oh great, wiggers unite.
Juiced_RL Posted February 10, 2003 Posted February 10, 2003 Hydraulics. By the way thanks man the trunk lid is completely shaved and the squirters are gone now the car is getting re painted on the 22nd of this month.
TLontheDL Posted February 10, 2003 Author Posted February 10, 2003 repainted?! man, what in the world do you do for a living?! you hustlin foo??
Juiced_RL Posted February 10, 2003 Posted February 10, 2003 I am just getting the black repainted. No I don't hustle I get anything I want for what ever I want to pay because everyone wants to be a part of this project. Shaved and painted only $2300 by on of the best guys in town. He would usually charge $5000 just to paint the car.
..SSR.. Posted February 10, 2003 Posted February 10, 2003 Haha, I can get a paintjob at any of the dealerships my dad calls on for $300.
S14Silvia Posted February 10, 2003 Posted February 10, 2003 thats what i'm thinkin, but still even the bently black i was lookin at doin my car in wasnt gonna cost me 5k
Juiced_RL Posted February 10, 2003 Posted February 10, 2003 dealership paint job or a paint job done by a custom painter I wonder which one I would rather have? It's not the paint it's the man behind the gun.
S14Silvia Posted February 10, 2003 Posted February 10, 2003 i know, mine wasnt gonna be done by some moron at the dealership, and it wasnt gonna cost me 5 large either
optional187 Posted February 10, 2003 Posted February 10, 2003 my stock paintjob suits me just fine. even though it is gettin messed up
Juiced_RL Posted February 10, 2003 Posted February 10, 2003 It isn't costing me 5k either. I just said that is how much he usually charges.
S14Silvia Posted February 10, 2003 Posted February 10, 2003 well in all fairness it wouldnt have cost me 2300, i just woulda had to buy the paint.
..SSR.. Posted February 10, 2003 Posted February 10, 2003 I guess it doesn't matter that the dealership I'm going to have it painted at hired a professional painter with 13 years experience just to paint the old cars they restore. Yeah, I'm sure his paintjob will be crappy.....
