Xeryon Posted June 6, 2011 Author Share Posted June 6, 2011 I'm only 15 miles away as it is right now. I don't want to move to the 'city' but this place was too good of a deal to pass up. Finishing some last renovations to make our current house more marketable and it should be on the block by the end of the month. Then on to some pre-move in renovations at the new place. Raley, this is in Urbana Ohio. We still need to work in Central Ohio for a couple more years before we move to the UP. This place is a big downsize for us and we paid cash for it. Why in the hell does a cash sale for a house require so many damn documents? I can sort of see why a financed house requires more paper, but I am paying cash for an as-is house.
