TLontheDL
Set it an hour forward. Just a heads up b/c I forgot until my gf reminded me this morning. One more thing, if we're loosing an hour, how is it "saving"?
airjordan223
i dont think we do it in arizona, atleast i hope not
rsxmeup
surely you would do it every where in the states, if one place is doing it in the usa, otherwise it would screw time up! There are states that can opt out of changing it because of their location.
chris_agu28
instead of it time being saved it more like spent. Work will be a hour short but I am losing a hour of sleep. This sucks, lucky my alarm clock is a auto-set one that will update its self.
Ben.
Time doesn't change in Arizona. Period. and my phone is my alarm clock.. or my woman..she's always f*cking up early for some ungodly reason. and a happy morning person, at that.. whereas i .. am not. Buddy Cole
yea, arizona doesn't change ever. they know whats going on. now if only they would stop flocking to san diego in the summer and taking up my beach front parking... they are the Other Mexicans. lceah
thought it's "saving" time that's light outside...because now it's going to be light longer in the evening...??
BuddySol
Hawaii is the other state that doesn't observe DST. Lina pretty much hit it on the head...by extending the amount of light in the evenings since the sun vs. the tilt of the earth shifts when the sun goes up or down. Places along the equator don't observe DST since their days/nights are evenly split.
Xeryon
Indiana observes a bastardized version of it. Only half the state observes DST. Something to do with the fact that nothing useful comes out of IN aside from the fact that a large portion of the population is part of the chi-town burbs - the run down crime infested Gary burbs. chris_agu28
I would hate that. Half the state is hour ahead while the other is a hour behind.

sup
The only good thing to ever come out of Indiana was they hosted the USGP, but now even that doesn't happen anymore. Indiana FTL
