Oil leaking from distributor / head

Hoping someone can help. I have a 98 civic dx and it has oil leaking where the distributor connects to the head. It's not gushing out but it is leaking slow. I took the distributor off and I see no gasket or seal. I'm not sure if the seal is inside the head?? It is definitely leaking from the opening where it goes into the head. Anyone know how to fix it.
