They have A LOT of stuff besides drugs/prescription services. For one, they do photo printing with MUCH better quality than Walmart. Also a lot of other things that you can get at walmart too. For one, they do photo printing with MUCH better quality than Walmart. Also a lot of other things that you can get at walmart too. Walgreens is a drugstore, just as CVS and Rite-Aid are. If you buy on sale (preferably combining with a coupon), then you can get really good deals at any of those places. Teach yourself to spend a few extra dollars now in order to stock up on "steals", and you'll find yourself not running out of some items constantly, and finding some extra cash to play with later. Walmart used to have lower prices, but they used to be a lot of things. They did manage to hold onto the lower prices long enough to convert people into WM-shoppers. Now, most anything there can be found cheaper elsewhere, but most people are under the illusion that they're the cheapest. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
