Sonny Black
Hi, I found this CRX on craigslist and I'm wondering since I have no experience with hondas only admiration for them, is this a good buy? and I haven't seen the honda in person yet, but when I do go to look at it, what should I be lookin' for? What kinds of questions should I be asking? and just basically anything I should know so I won't get robbed. I am a college student and 18 and so very poor.>_< This would be my first car, first honda yay. So is this a good buy? or should I run away? The seller says there is a "ticking" noise from the engine after he drives it for 20miles. and says there is a DOHC ZC engine, what are the specs on that. I just want to get all the specs and details and everything so I can make a smart buy. oh yeah, and I'm not mechanical savvy or car smart. but who says I can't learn. So It would be very helpful if I can get some advice or thoughts on this CRX. Thank you for your time. http://bakersfield.craigslist.org/cto/819098949.html and here are pictures of the car. CleanGSR
Not a bad price. If I had a few hours I could make that paint about 90% new. It's only badly oxidized single stage so it could be brought back pretty nice.

wannaBstuntin
Looks good to me. If you want to offer him less money, then act like you only have a certain amount of money to spend.

Sonny Black
oh well, I didn't go with the rex. I went with a 92' honda civic EG with a b16 motor in it. here are some pictures. I bought it on sept. 9 for $1,600. its mainly the motor that caught my eye, the shell isn't too appealing to me. and this is on sept. 11 and its going to be like this for a good while, until I fix it all up. =]]]

airjordan223
he's asking if CleanGSR could actually make the paint look that good. and to answer, yes he could. hes got mad crazy detailing skills. i think he did a mustang or something that looked just like that, and when he was done, it looked like it just drove off the lot. and welcome sonny black
