Stain on rims??

Recommended Posts

it could also be brake dust. the thing about dirty wheels is its easier if you clean the wheels as soon as they get dirty. The longer the residue stays on the wheel, the harder it is to get off. I haven't cleaned my car/wheels in over 4 months :(

Why wouldnt you just buy a Metal Backing plate, it helps reduce the brake dust that gets onto your wheels my dad has that on his Truck so the abestos dust doesnt get on the 20" chrome... haha. I would have it too but i have balck wheels so i dont worry, and plus you can also try and pressure wash your wheels because i do that when my black wheels get a flat color, then before you know it they are all shiney again!!!

Oh and... If you are a fan of the functionality of ceramic brake pads, that can help with brake dust alot too, I am a huge fan of ceramic and my wheels are always clean due to having them...
