Its 30gb and its the classic kind.. with the buttons above the wheel.. when i plug the usb cable into the back of the computer or the front.. it pops up unknown advice.. the ipod comes on and goes to the menu screen then cuts off due to low battery.. anyone got some tech advice.. i searched all day online and tried lots of ways...
