wannaBstuntin
So I just realized tonight that my passenger side headlight and high beam light don't work. I have no idea why. They are practically brand new bulbs. Just put Sylvania Ultras in like a few months ago. The fuses are fine and the corner/turn/parking light still works on that side. Just the headlight and high beam light don't work. Any ideas? Only thing I can think is that the bulbs burned out, but like I said, they're both new, and why would they both go out together? And why on one side?

BrIaN EG2
did you touch them with your barehands? it is said to not touch the bulbs with your bare hand because the oils from your hands can actually make the bulbs pop, i dont know how or why. just something my uncle told me, so i always wore gloves
wannaBstuntin
Maybe it heats up quicker? I think I avoided touching them but its possible. The low beam bulb was in one piece from what I could see though.
wannaBstuntin
Bump. Any ideas why both bulbs on the same side would go out together? I can't find my old bulbs. I think my parents might have thrown them out. So any good ideas before I go out and spend another $50 on bulbs?
alex37211
swap them from the other side to see if they'll work? And definitely don't touch w/ bare hands.
wannaBstuntin
Difference between these? One looks broken, the other does not. Similarities: Neither one works. I went out and got two more bulbs. $52 later, everything works. Hope this doesn't happen again...
