I have been using platinium plugs since I started driving! I also tend to be MR Overkill, in everything I do! Just ask anyone I have built something for! :thumbsup:

Going along the lines of Kastgir said, if your looking for more performanc orreinted plugs, meaning you'll have some other mods, etc. Pulstar Pulse Plugs are looking pretty sweet. Import Tuner did a powerpages with the plugs on new civic type R and they made 3-4 HP/tq and claimed they'd likely improve more on older engines.

Tires wise, its really a personal opinion. there are a lot of good companies out there who make good quality products. Its really a personal decision as to which to support.

 

 

As far as plug wires, i cant even begin to try to offer advice. I have never had anything but stock, and wont begin to act like i know what im talking about.

If nothing is done to the motor, NGK OEMs.

 

+1 on the NGK plugs... NGK wires are also good and only like $25 i think...

 

i use iridium plugs, this time i think ill try HKS iridium spark plugs...
