I drive a 1992 Honda Accord EX modded with Tuning Pros headers, an AEM cold air intake, and a do-it-yourself short throw shifter. I plan to do a H23 head swap this summer if funds are sufficient. It's great.. torquey, good mpg, etc. Besides, when I go to turbo it, it's not like VTEC and turbo will be kicking in at the same time.. which would suck balls. Attaus Posted May 2, 2006 Share Posted May 2, 2006 Well yeah, I knew that, I was just saying it would be akward for me to drive a car with VTEC and turbo. I didn't say I wouldn't, or that it's bad, just kinda odd. Why is it odd? Because you're driving along.. and meet a car at a stop light. You launch from 2k because the light turned green too quickly, so the motor is just buzzing basically.. only pushing out 110whp, then you hit 3.5-4k and WHOOOOOSH.. 380whp. Cool, I guess, but weird.
