VR17
i work at oil changers, thats what i do all day -open oil cap -drain oil using 17mm wrench -reach up and when you see the filter turn it left, cafeful not to touch the exhaust manifold, leaves messy burns =[.. -take out filter, change or used old filter, hand tight is best. -when all oil is out, i usally drop 1-2quarts of 10w30 to flush it out - then tight the drain plug back up, use a honda gasket or if the original gasket isnt damaged, use that one -put what kinda oil you want, and then put oil cap back on, and drive i usally do a fuel, and intake system cleaner when ever i do the performance oil change =]
