hiemsnox
ok just posting a little info i found out the hard way. i picked up a set of dc sports headers yesterday, and when i went to install them they didnt fit... kept hitting the oil pan. so anyone that is running a b series motor like a gsr or one with vtec the oil pick up sits lower on these cars, resulting in a deeper oil pan... meaning headers or turbo down pipes need to be slightly longer just thought i let u guys know if u didnt
DelSolSweetie
are you sure you got the proper header?
hiemsnox
are you sure you got the proper header? the guy had pulled them off of his b20. i couldnt find anything online about the difference in b18 vs b20 but then i came across the oil pan vtec thing
DelSolSweetie
okay so its not that a b18 header header doesnt fit if the motor is swapped in something.. its a b20 header doesnt fit a b18 kinda crappy you bought it and now have no use for it

Xeryon
no, it probably has something to do with the fact it is a completely different engine block. just a thought...
