is this tire fixable?

Recommended Posts

last night ran over some damn METAL crap on the road.... was so f-en pissed.. the air was coming out very slowly.

took about 1 hr to become flat.. so the puncture cannot be that bad.. wondering if its possible to fix with a tire repair kit?

No. Any sidewall puncture cannot be repaired.

in an emergency you can remove the rim and apply slime on the inside by hand, no shop will do that for you and it can bust any time, emergency use only. like you dont have a donut.

can't fix anything when it is closer then 1in from the corner. occasionally you can get away with plugging a simple nail puncture in the sidewall, but it's dangerous to do so for a highway car. especially with those low profile tires you have there.
