lceah
Hey you all I've been looking into getting the USB thing that you plug into your computer and get on internet (3G network)... which company has the best coverage in U.S.? which company has the best plan/no contract deal? Kegger
AT&T and Verizon have the best 3G networks. But you can't get access with a contract.
lceah
Thanks Kegan Ya that's the thing...I don't like contracts. I can't wait to the end of my T-mobile contract And T-mobile and Verizon and those are more expensive for the USB plans...
sup
1. Wait until AT&T supports tethering for the iPhone 2. Buy iPhone, tether to laptop 3. Use iPhone to surf on Edge when outside of 3G coverage
SolMusic
My gf uses the internet over a lil 3G USB dongle, I never got why, as it would have been much cheaper for her and her housemates to just chip in for wireless for her house... Just buy an iPhone and surf on that...it's the same!
lceah
thanks guy I don't really like the iphone though :X I'll look into it though...just because it makes sense what you guys are saying
SIR_VTEC
Well with AT&T you dont necessarily have to get the iphone, theres plenty of standard and smart phones...just gotta figure out what you want. It seems like the internet teathering with the iphone works fine...i was playing my 360 off of it, a little laggy but it was a pretty solid connection most of the time.
