Ksol Posted August 11, 2008 Share Posted August 11, 2008 I'm not sure how many people here follow the news, but last night here in Toronto we had a Propane Depot catch fire and literally explode at some points. I've read reports that metal from the propane tanks flew as far as a kilometer. They evacuated a lot of the surrounding houses within I think it was at least 1-2km of the site because there were propane tankers loaded on a train they were afraid of exploding.
