EGRacer
well check out my post on jdm engines in the under the hood forum. i talk about the crv-tec swap. i dont member cause its been awhile since ive had someone ask me but maybe s14silvia knows but i think its a b20 block with a b16a head. hence it makes its a crv-tec. well i would say try www.jdmhondaparts.com or search the web for b20/vtec parts
..SSR..
It is callled a B20/VTEC. You put B16 or B18C head onto the B20 block just the same as you would a LS/VTEC. Crower makes stroker kits from 2.1L all the way up to 2.26L as well as connecting rods and all that good stuff. Just a normal B20B sucks ass since it is non-VTEC. I would suggest buying the JDM version (B20Z) which has around 20 more horsepower and a few more pounds of torque. If you are going to build a B20/VTEC, this is what you will need... B20B or B20Z block head off of a VTEC equipped engine *** B20B/Z timing belt steel braded oil feed line w/ 3" fittings VTEC controller or ECU to control the VTEC solenoid B20 head gasket flat head hex-screw to fill oil feed hole on VTEC head Source: Super Street Other things I recommend would be the following: forged pistons billet connecting rods GSR crankshaft bottom end balancing Hope that helped. Try doing searches and you'll find stuff. P.S. You'll need a B series transmission too. For the big plunge... VTEC oil pump VTEC water pump (use a VTEC timing belt also) VTEC injectors VTEC fuel pump ITR or CTR camshafts upgraded valvesprings and retainers

S14Silvia
bah i didnt see you put b20b... haha anyway, they've had a sohc 2.0 which wasnt very potent. b20z is the way to go IMO, just make sure you resleeve it.. or you will just end up building the motor all over again.
