92civicEX
...After about 12 hours in my garage, I have finally finished installing my Omni Suspension (coilovers and control arms). I ran into some trouble and had to replace the rear LCA bushings, but it was a fun project. I lowered the car 1.5" (tried going 2.25" but it looked all beener). Here are a few pictures, let me know what you think. I think I'm going to put the stock tail lights back on.. other than that, I'm happy with it. http://a229.ac-images.myspacecdn.com/image...55e4d6b3adc.jpg http://a227.ac-images.myspacecdn.com/image...13944be2532.jpg http://a259.ac-images.myspacecdn.com/image...56322cdf9ca.jpg
dohc1991integra
looks good but it looks like u could drop it some more. Do u have 16's or 17's? yeah put the stock lights in looks great though!
Ben.
Obviously, tallights need to go, as do the vinyl's (if that's what they ARE). Drop it some more.

Yeah.. I'm thinking maybe a 1.75 or 2.00" drop. The coilovers make it easy, so I can do that whenever I feel like it. They are 17's. And thanks. I'm debating on the vinyls
airjordan223
yeah definitely lower it a lil bit more and scrap the vinyls

92civicEX
haha, for sure. I had it dropped at 2.25" for a little while... but it was way too slammed. I'd like to get it to a 2" drop, but my dad doesn't support it at all... and he's hard to work with when he's not behind something. I'm only 16, so I have to comprimise here and there even though it is my car. Today I replaced the tacky looking chromed out tailights with the stocks... Looks way cleaner IMO. Thanks for the input though guys. This forum is what helped me every step of the way with the suspension (Glad I settled on OMNI's)
90IntegraC1
good choice putting the oem tails back in....now kill the vynals and drop it a little more and you'll have a pretty clean car.
cranny
paint the wing red , get rid of those horrid white stripes on the side , lower it another half inch , and your in. tell your dad to go read about whats going before voicing his opinion. tell him its just plain ignorant to tell someone to do somin when he has no idea what hes talking about. tell him that. Ben.
Tell him it was a camber kit, that it was mandatory and is settling so you don't get nasty tire wear.

And even if he does, it's worth it eh? I'm taking it to get aligned this week... after that, I couldn't mess with it any more even if i wanted to. Ben.
If you lower it enough..you WILL need a camber kit, permitted you don't have one already.
airjordan223
yeah make sure they check they camber at the alignment shop. i needed a camber kit for my 2 inch drop. there wasnt much wear, but it was starting, so just get the camber kit and save tires
