shishpanik
Uhmm 90.... sl55 0-100km/h is 4.5 sec, just a hair shy of the s65 amg. It's not slow, and if you sit inside one, it's amazing. I liked the old c230 kompressor hatchbacks, they look pretty sweet.

Top Speed: 195 mph. yeah i dont hate you or anything. you didnt drive the teg shortly after that did you? i made the mistake of driving the d15 after cruising in my uncles 350z for a week. ehhhhhhhhh

shishpanik
I drove a 90-something corolla with a manual tranny and no tach shortly after the sl55, that was a big difference......
mycarsux
Lol to all above posts. I like this thread. Aren't the SLR's wheels designed so that they cool the brakes?
Attaus
Yeah, but it's kind of a gimmick. It might help some, but not in the conditions 90% of those cars will see. My bad on the car, I thought it was an S65 AMG, not S55. S65's are way cooler. The rotors are bigger than most Honda's wheels.. 15.4" pistons with 8-piston calipers up front with 14.4" rotors and 4-piston calipers out back. shishpanik
Mercedes-Benz is the ultimate example of keeping fast on a FULL interior and with an automatic transmission. Haha.

SL65 runs a 10.8-11 second 1/4 mile stock SL55 runs a 12.9-13.1 second 1/4 mile stock that's a pretty big difference IMO. oooh i also like the CL55's and the new R500's are hella nice
