ive heard many different opinions on how to install them and i was wondering if it is better to install them with the car jacked up or on the ground.

i heard some thing about if you jack the car up each shock gets loaded with the same amount of stress or something like that and some website i forgot where i found it said that it helps a lot

just bolt em on dude while car is on the ground youl be fine.

Just bolt it up on a flat surface and make sure the car has been sitting there for like 30 minutes , or shake the car until it settles... just make sure everything is settled and the ground is flat basically.... Youll be fine.

don't shake it to get it to settle.....drive it back and forth a few times down your driveway.

dude, its a strut tower bar, it doesnt matter, besides, this thread is old, he has probably already put them on

it has been 4 days since his post....how is that considered old?

 

um....so are you saying that all old threads should be deleted? ever use the search? someone else may want to know the same kind of info.

 

and everything matters when it comes to suspension
