wangerin Posted August 13, 2005 Share Posted August 13, 2005 Hey all, just have two questions. 1. Is it possible to replace the 00-01 rear window with a 02+ glass w/ or w/o the defroster? 2. Would aftermarket seats improve headroom or legroom ? Ive noticed that some aftermarket seats sit the driver a little lower and brackets help travel a little. I love the stock seats, but would like a little space. Im looking to spend around $23k for a 00-03 spa yellow s2k w/ 30-60k milage. Thanks in advance ! CleanGSR Posted August 23, 2005 Share Posted August 23, 2005 The rear window cannot be replaced with a 2002+ glass. The entire top folds down different in an 02+. With 00-01 the top folds down folding the plastic in half, whereas in the 02+, it obvisouly doesn't fold the glass. If you put a glass window in an 00-01 it would break when you put the top down.
