While I was in my dealership this week inquiring about the MOST cable recall I also asked about wireless phone charging.  To be precise mine does not work.  iPhone 14.  I was told that it is not just my vehicle, Honda is aware of the problem and currently there is no fix!  Maybe they should take that off the window sticker ;-(

UPDATE:  Received a response from Honda regarding this problem in my '23 Passport.  "American Honda is currently aware of an issue with the wireless charger, and our engineering teams are currently looking into a fix for the issue.  We do not have an ETA at this time as to when a fix will be available.  Once a fix is available, you will be notified via mailer and be directed to the dealership to have the fix applied to the vehicle."  I am not sure how many of the Honda vehicles this applies to.  I specifically asked about mine and provided my VIN.

MORE:  So I discovered that a Honda Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) A21060B (link below) from June 2021 exists stating Honda is aware of the problem and "are working on a fix". Over two years and they still don't have a fix! Sad! Why even put in a part when you know it doesn't work? Why not ask one of the other dozen or more car manufacturers how theirs do work???
