I bring it to my friend who was a honda tech and now is a BMW mechanic. we bring it to his BMW shop and get it on the lift. take everything off and ready to take the tranny out and for some god damn fracking reason the tranny wont come off. so we got another mechanic and we were prying it apart with everythign possible and it got about half an inch off the motor and it still wouldnt come off. anything special about del sol trannys that I should know about? or anyone know why this would happen?? lastresort576 Posted January 7, 2011 Share Posted January 7, 2011 yeah it's pretty easy to do..for ease I usually remove both axles and don't re-install the engine stiffeners. The dowel pins cant make it a slight pain so just pry a lil with a small screw driver and you're good to go. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
