How much does it cost to buy/install body kit

i was wondering how much it was to buy one and install one, i was looking for this type of body kit. does anybody know what type of body kit it is?

Instillation depends on the body shop. You'll just have to shop around and see who will give you the best price on prep, paint and installation.

The actual cost of the kit parts would range around $500 to $2000 depending on the kit and the material. Generally fiberglass kits will be cheaper but much easier to break. Polyurethane kits are more expensive but near impossible to break. Both should cost about the same for install.

 

How much to install is a wide range. First factor, doing it yourself or paying a pro. Second, higher quality kits require less modification for proper fitment. Third, are you molding it seamlessly to the car or just attaching it. Fourth, paint prices have a wide range. White is cheap, while certain reds and blacks more expensive. Custom colors can be way higher then stock colors.

Wings West always had decent kits. Nothing too ugly or extreme.

 

Strongly recommend having the peices painted prior to putting them on..and I'd also recommend you put them on. It's not hard to do, remove factory screws and retainers and replace, then do what you undid in step one while being careful enough not to scratch anything.

 

A bodyshop will put it in your ASS if not.
