You will need to buy or supply 4 stainless bolts (~$3), some foam tape (~$6), and make a paper template to mount the spoiler. Indeed, it is very similar to the OEM wing hence the "OEM STYLE" moniker given it by the vendor. If you disagree with that designation I suggest you take it up with the perveyor in the link above. I'm sure they would LOVE to hear you expound upon the minute dimensional and styling differences between their product and the OEM piece. Good luck with that...
