civi93ex
i bought a 92-95 z6 tranny off of ebay for a 100 bucks, no i need to order my clutch off of ebay for a hundred bucks also, thats funny how i spend the same amount on the clutch, as the tranny the tranny had like 50k on it
Guest evocivic
civic93ex how did you find it on ebay for $100. the cheapist i found was for $500 with shipping. my problem is my syncro is out in 3rd gear so i grind when i shift into third. its just cheaper to buy used than to fix. civi93ex
that is exactly what is wrong with my tranny, i saw ones for like 150 try searching for a 92-95 civic, if you let the revs drop to under three grand and shift into third between 25-35 then it shouldnt grind

darksaint
A buddy of mine had his 3rd gear grind too, even if he granny shifted (he was really hard on his tranny and clutch, not to mention his brakes). He solved his problems by selling the car

He solved his problems by selling the car exactly what i'm in the process of doing...although this whole court crap is messing up my plans. everything should be alright though
