Xeryon Posted April 15, 2009 Share Posted April 15, 2009 RTV Black! The gaskets you are using are cork or are they rubber? If you are using one try using the other instead to see if there is a difference. Are you making sure your oilpan bolts are torqued to factory specs? Silly question, but sometimes it makes a difference. Are you installing a straight gasket or are you using some other gasket sealer in addition? I am correct to assume that you are not running a catch-can right? if I am correct, get one on there asap and then do a compression test and hope that you dont need to re-ring your engine.
