xtradonair
Hello members. I got an oil change tuesday and walmart used 10w30 when my car called for 5w30. Now the viscosity reading shows 15%, can anyone tell me why this happened and what do I need to do to have it corrected? Thanks, Xtradonair

xtradonair
No, they did not ask. They changed it again to put the right oil in it, but the viscosity is still reading 15%. Is there something that I need to reset?
