jason1781
My 86 CRX HF has lots of white smoke in the exhaust @3000+ rpm. I ran a compression test and here are my results. Dry: #1 - 210 #2 - 215 #3 - 215 #4 - 218 Wet: #1 - 215 #2 - 220 #3 - 215 #4 - 222 Anyone have any ideas of what the problem may be?
Kastigir
White smoke would seem to indicate coolant. Headgasket maybe?
SifreRacingtechs#2
white smoke means oil. compression piston rings may need to be replaced.
Rick B.
im pretty sure blue smoke means oil. white smoke would mean steam, a coolant leak.
