dumb question but...

Recommended Posts

would something a 205/26R16 be ok?

I don't think thats a real size. Aspect ratios tend to stay above 30.

1st number is width; 205= 205 millimeters wide

2nd number is aspect ratio(side wall); 40= The tire's sidewall is 40% of the width

3rd number is easy, rim size; R16 16 inch rim

if my memory serves me right all those are summer tires. i thought you were looking for all-seasons? if you plan on driving it during just the summer months i'd jump on a set of the Falkens.

Edit: go with the Kumho's. personally i wouldn't buy all-season's. i'd jsut get a set of summers for nice rims and a set of winters for the stock rims. I've never been a fan of all-season's.

They are all decent brands. I personally have Kumho and they are nice good ride and traction and durability I think I've put over 25K on them and still plenty of tread left. I'm thinking of Falken or BFG when I get my new wheels.
