CleanGSR
Exactly. That's how I did it with the 4-1 one piece on my del sol. I was able to get it high enough with a floor jack, so you should be fine.

CRG7
If you have a B-series swap, you'll need to get a replacement for the crossmember, or it won't fit.

CRG7
yea i do have a b series You can bang out your crossmember, but I don't advise it. My brother did this in the past, and the entire bar ended up cracking. PasswordJDM sells a replacement bar that will work with it (around $300), or you can sell what you have and get a 4-2-1 which will have a better chance at clearing the crossmember. I'm in the process of deciding between the two options right now for my rex too.
GsrCrx
Whaaaa??? To put a header on a swapped car you need to take the crossmember out?!?!
93b18c5FERIO
the front crossmember is 2 bolts on the pass side and driver side, if you can get it in with the crossmember there then just take off the 4 bolts and put it up there. its not hard what so ever
CRG7
There is not enough room in the engine bay of an EF after a b-series is in there for a 4-1 header. In order to run a 4-1 header on a b-series-swapped EF, you need to pretty much bang out the crossmember to accomodate the header, or swap it out for a thinner replacement.
