Ben.
I know. I'm gonna have to quit here soon. O_O; I don't know what's up with me.
Nicodemus
Yeah, my D has over 97k on it. Not that it won't last a lot longer yet, but if I'm going to drop a bunch of cash on the car, I'd rather haver a lower-mileage engine.
Ben.
That's why you rebuild. ;)
Nicodemus
Yeah, I see what you're saying. But swapping is much... uh... cooler! Yeah, that's it! Seriously, I thought about building, but having an engine rated at 170hp stock has more potential than one that starts at 127. Plus, from what I've been reading, the Y80 tranny on the B18C1 is geared better than my current one. I think I've decided on the GSR. Just how straightforward is the B-Series swap? Do I need any conversion regarding the tranny? Does it bolt to the stock mounts? Just how easy is it ? Also, if I'm looking for intakes, do I look for ones that are for my engine or the GSR? I would imagine the GSR, but I dunno if the shape would be right for it being in an EJ6 chassis.

Nicodemus
No, I don't currently have an intake. The whole car is bone stock right now. Well, except for the front speakers and shift knob, lol.
BrandonJohns
B series swaps are probably the easiest and cheapest. check out hmotorsonline for swaps. the motors there average 35,000 on them and are guaranteed to start right up with everything working properly actually j swaps cheapest and easiest go big or go home
