civicsir5
I was wondering if anyone with a 2000 civic has experienced a loud clicking sound when they stop or start from a stop sign. If anyone knows why this is please e-mail me at racglz@netscape.net. Thanks.

gsrcivic
Sounds like axles man. I have went through a couple sets them I just swapped in a gsr and upgraded axles and that was all it took. I have seen a few 96-00 civics with axle problems. They seem to be more common then others.

Drew
Yeah, my CV Boots went bad on my old Integra and they started to make this clicking noise. It got louder when I would start from a stop sign or when turning real hard. You should get them looked at. Try rolling down your window and listening while driving. They will slowly get worse and worse. You will need to get them replaced.
XScarAudio
might be suspension too.....the braking could be shifting the weight to a bad coil or strut, causing it to click
