They should give you a new car or something. Good thing it is under warranty. And yes, look into the lemon laws if they are taking too long to fix it. You shouldn't have to be without your car for more than a month, even if they give you a loaner. -
I'm not a mechanic, but have they taken apart the wheel bearing and hub assembly to make sure it isn't bad? With the wheel off the ground, is there play in the hub if you push the tire back and forth? It shouldn't be loose at all. Not rotational, but side to side. Also, is something on the inside of the wheel lightly hitting the metal shield behind the brakes? You'd see metal wearing away somewhere if so.

Does it have the black vinyl covering it? Maybe try one of the vinyl cleaners that blacken the fading vinyl's? Meguiar's Ultimate Black Solution Finish Black Wow! -
Any codes? Problem with fuel lines or spark plugs? Ignition Coils need replacing?

Sounds like Honda screwed up your previous oil change or broke something during the mounts replacement. Was it this bad before that? Did they forget to tighten the oil filter?

Depends. If it's the kind that pulls your car along through the machine, leave in neutral, engine running with wheels straight. If it's the kind you stop in the middle and the machine spins around you washing your car, you put it in park. Best to leave running also. There should be signs telling you what to do.
