Hatch92 Posted November 7, 2006 Share Posted November 7, 2006 ok the only question i have. do i have to run a vtec wire for the z6 motor in the '94 dx hatchbacks? i read somewhere that the only year civic's that came with the vtec wire already installed are the 92 civic's and del sols. just want to clear that up before i do my buddy's swap when i go home. Hatch92 Posted November 7, 2006 Author Share Posted November 7, 2006 yes it's a z6 from a 92-95 ex/si. the reason i am tryin to figure this out is when i swapped my z6 in my cx hatch, before i swapped my b16 in, i didn't have to wire the vtec.
