b16bhonda Posted July 20, 2006 Share Posted July 20, 2006 what do you mean tuck? as long as they're not too wide they should tuck themselves i guess. with mine, we just threw the rims on and dropped it down off the jack, and the back tyres went up in the fender with about 2mm of clearance from the fender side. the tops of the tyres go in toward each other when the car gets lower...that's why they sell camber kits. but you shouldn't have any fender trouble at all getting 17s on a 96. mine are 18x7.5...how wide are the tyres?
