Attaus
I know that the more you spend, generally the better quality it is. But, my question is, what needs to be quality? I know the turbo, injectors, manifold, and EMS need to be good, but what else? I saw an FMIC kit on eBay from that SS Auto Chrome crap for like $250.. including everything. The charge pipes even had the BOV flange in it. Does the FMIC really need to be that quality? I mean.. they never break really, and the efficiency is actually pretty even no matter what you buy. I think it's actually 3.5" thick, so.. bigger than the average FMIC and theoretically more efficient. I'd get some new couplers to prevent leaks, but $250 for pre fitted pips and FMIC will save me a lot of time and headaches. Oh, and money. I know that paying more will get me a better FMIC, blah blah blah, but I'd rather put the extra money into the turbo and manifold. I won't be skipping on those. Same with the BOV (I do NOT want boost surge... *shiver*) and wastegate. TIA
xalexjx@yahoo.com
dont buy it, pay the extra, their thin pipes seem to crack at the welds
CleanGSR
There intercoolers won't cool as well as a good name brand. The inside design is cheap and not as efficient. Almost in any case, the better quality product will perform better.
