cranny Posted May 20, 2006 Share Posted May 20, 2006 try switching em around maybe. unless you did. your sayin its too big by 2-3 mm? take it to a machine shop have it planed on a CNC or whatever machine they got that will do it. gotta be different thickness to be causing this prolem but i cant see it so im not sure. ..SSR.. Posted May 21, 2006 Author Share Posted May 21, 2006 Gears were correct. Clearance was fine after I removed the mainshaft washers. No way to shim it.
