Timmythewop89 Posted April 4, 2006 Share Posted April 4, 2006 in my opinion, build up your motors internals first. get it bored, drop a new crank in there, along with connecting rods and and cams, lifters, and give it a valve job. get an aluminum head. get a motor fast and reliable before you drop in a turbo. then when the time comes you can afford a turbo, you will then be ready for it. with teh motor already built and ready for a higher compression and rpm's, youll be able to run a high boost, and turn a fast car into an even faster car.
