Alonex
I bought a 1991 honda accord dx recently and noticed that the rear mudflaps are missing, tired to get some used ones from auto wreakage, but wasn't able to find any, this is when i started noticing that 99% of all the 90's honda accords are missing their mudflaps, this is so weird.... what happen to them ? what did their owners do with them ? and YES, they do look better with mudflaps. Xeryon
The vast majority of cars don't have rear flaps. The bumpers were better at taking abuse then the front doors so unless you requested to pay extra no dealer or manufacturer installs them by default. I know there are a few states that require them for various reasons but most do not.
