optional187
why didn't you just put in a whole z6? its better and faster.

BigBirdSucks
did you wire it up correctly? what ECU are you using?
qwike
i used an rpm switch. if i use the ecu is the wiring hard to do. or does it just plug right in
qwike
i can get the ecu out of the ex (obd1 or what ever it is) for free also
qwike
do you know ne thing about front end conversions? because i have the whole front end of a 90 integra and i was gonna do that conversion on a 89 hatch.
BigBirdSucks
the hood bolts up....you'd be better off having a pro do it.
optional187
mini-me swaps aren't as fast as z6...just because you get vtec doesn't mean its going to be that much faster. i know a guy who had a ''mini-me'' swap and i beat him every race with my old civic (5th gen ex with intake and exhaust)...and his car was lighter. Its not the horse, its the jockey. With my b7-z6 the Ex's and the Mitshibishis Pre-Lancers suffers the beats of a DX
optional187
mitsubishi lancer's aren't fast...most civic dx's can beat them anyway without a 'mini-me swap'.
