gilroy
When going at high speed, usually 60-65 MPH, my steering wheel seems to shake.
James Matteu
Could be: tires, balance, alignment, brakes.
mfuji55
that's an easy fix, that actually happened to me, it's the rotors, they may be warped. check out this video which walks you through the process: Accord Rotor Change Edited September 2, 2013 by mfuji55
Jeff Collision
Loose or broken steering components can cause vibrations when driving at high speeds. Worn tie rod bushings or a bad wheel bearing can cause vibrations, as can warped brake rotors, which can especially be felt in the steering wheel when braking. Xeryon
Of all the things mentioned the most common is tires being unevenly worn, out of balance or a wheel being damaged (and causing it to be out of balance). Start with a place that might offer a balance check and rotation when you go to have your oil changed next. edit: under or over inflated tires can cause an effect similar to that of being out of balance. Check your pressures and lug nut tightness while you are getting your hands dirty. Edited September 5, 2013 by Xeryon
