Fergy82882 Posted October 31, 2003 Share Posted October 31, 2003 I have a 90 CRX HF. When it idles is goes from 800 to 1500 rapidly. It keeps going up and down every 2 secs. It does this when the car is in neutral and when my car is just stop at a light. Also my engine light went on and I check the ECU and it said the is some problem with Exhaust Gas Recirculation System. I don't know if it's related but if anyone could help please do. EGRacer Posted November 5, 2003 Share Posted November 5, 2003 yes go buy a TPS from a junkyard. also SSR not always on the airfilter. i have tried that. does not always work. sometimes its the TPS sticking. my car has been doing the same thing w/ funky idle and i have replaced filter adjusted idle and all the crap. i shut it off wait 30 seconds and turn it back on and its fine. i have to get a new TPS sensor Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
