A partial answer for you: any drive train component that fits in the same year sedan will fit in your wagon. Actually, from the doors forward your accord wagon is identical to the sedan, right down to the trim strips, nuts, bolts and washers. The key for you is to get a transmission from a compatible year of vehicle. To give you a positive answer I need to know what year your car is and what year the donor car is.
