hiemsnox
ok so as with any older honda engine mines starting to burn some oil. and it isnt really noticeable at lower RPM's but when i hit vtec it smells pretty strong and i get a little smoke out the back. i recently(a few months ago) had to replace the head because i had a timing belt go from a siezed water pump. and i got the head from another engine i picked up for like $150 that actually had less miles, but i havent had the valves fully tuned yet since then. do the smoking never really started untill after the head swap. and im not completely sure when it really started smoking cause it was winter and i didnt have my windows open. so what im asking is do you think the smoking could stop from adjusting the valves or is this solely a gasket/seal problem? Kastigir
If' it's smoking when you get on it, it's not seals but rings.
